Acceptance of Terms
By using The Sales Enablement Guy, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. These terms apply to all tiers including the free tier.
The Service
We provide AI-generated sales enablement materials including battle cards, playbooks, and objection guides. Output quality depends on the quality of input data. Generated materials are provided for informational purposes — you're responsible for reviewing them before use.
Acceptable Use
Use the service for legitimate sales and marketing purposes. Do not use it to generate misleading content, to scrape or republish crawled data, or to circumvent competitors' IP protections. Free tier is for individual evaluation — bulk use requires a paid plan.
Intellectual Property
You own the output you generate. We don't claim rights to your battle cards or playbooks. The templates, UI, and underlying prompts remain our IP.
Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancel anytime — you retain access until the end of your paid period. No refunds for partial months. Annual plans (when offered) may have different terms.
Limitation of Liability
We provide the service "as is." We're not liable for business outcomes resulting from generated materials. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
